We’re putting young people in the driving seat with new proposals to lower the minimum age requirement to become a train driver in Great Britain from 20 to 18. By creating new career paths for school leavers, our plans could help attract new and diverse talent into the profession, and support the reliability of services by increasing the pool of drivers in the rail industry. Have your say in the consultation by 13th June: https://lnkd.in/euSAu9pr
